Community.  Passion.  YOU.

We appreciate the relationships we have formed with our guests since opening in 2004.  Our owner, Julie, is a massage therapist so she understands the needs of guests and her employees and strives to create a nurturing and fun work environment, fully supporting her skilled employees.  Our customer service reflects our company culture.

Our licensed estheticians, and massage therapists value education.  We provide training opportunities and allowances for learning new techniques.  Many of our employees have years of experience and have far surpassed the educational requirements for their professions.  We share our passion and experience with each other, strengthening the entire team.

We value other businesses who create their products ethically and with the customers' best interests in mind.  We also support local artisans who create wonderful small-batch products.

We love our community and give back often through charitable contributions, supporting our employees' volunteer work,  and hosting fundraising events.

Most importantly, we value YOU, our guests, and the ability to customize your treatments to meet your individual needs and preferences.  We look forward to getting to know you.

Interested in a career with Rejuv?

If you've never been to Rejuv, here's a little sneak peek at what you can expect when you walk through our doors.

What are your hours of operation?
Tuesday - Thursday 8:30am - 8:00pm
Friday - 8:30am - 6:00pm
Saturday - 9:00am - 6:00pm
Closed Sunday & Monday

What is your financial policy?
As a small business, credit and debit card processing fees are costly.  In an effort to keep costs down and avoid charging our guests a processing fee, the preferred method of payment is cash or check.  All checks if returned will be charged a $25 return fee.

If you still wish to use a card, we do accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Receipts and annual insurance statements can be emailed or printed upon request.

Where should I park?
Rejuv has a large parking lot for our guests to use located behind our building. Street parking is also available in front of Rejuv and on the surrounding neighborhood streets.

What if I am running late for my appointment?
Please call if you are running behind. Your appointment may have to be shortened or rescheduled as a courtesy to our next guest if you arrive late.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, kindly give 24 hours notice to prevent a 50% service charge and/or prevent your gift card from being voided.

Why is frequent massage therapy so important?
Massage has direct benefits for the body and mind. Massage helps to increase metabolism, helps speed the healing process, relaxes and rejuvenates the muscles and improves circulation. It also relieves fatigue, reduces tension and anxiety, calms the nervous system, and promotes relaxation, renewed energy, and an increased sense of overall well-being.

What is the difference between Swedish massage and deep tissue massage?
Swedish massage uses mild to moderate relaxing strokes.  Deep tissue is more specific and therapeutic using firm pressure, offering relief from problem areas, chronic injuries and/or help with scar tissue reduction.

What should I wear during the massage?
You will disrobe in private to your comfort level. Clothes are generally not worn for a full body massage, however, you may choose to leave your undergarments on. You will be fully covered at all times except for the area in which your massage therapist is working.

What is involved in a facial?
Deep pore cleansing, exfoliation, steam, extractions if needed, face and neck massage and a mask.

What are the different kind of facials you offer?
Each facial is customized to your own skin's specific needs.  When you come for your appointment you and the esthetician can decide what is the most suitable facial for you.

How often should you get facials?
For maximum benefit you should get a facial once a month depending on your skin condition.  If you are acne-prone you may need to come in once every two weeks until the problems subside.

How long does my hair need to be in order to get waxed?
At least a 1/4 of an inch.

How long does it last?
4-6 weeks but in order to have long-lasting results you will need to come in consistently once a month for a couple of months.

What kind of wax do you use?
The name of the brand is Ciripil.  What makes this wax great is that it comes in both hard and soft wax.  The hard wax is used on the face, underarms, and bikini. It acts like a shrink wrap to the hair so it is least likely to pull skin, much more gentle, and less painful for sensitive areas. The soft wax is used on legs, back and chest.

If I am going on vacation and have never been waxed before, when should I come in?
If you have a month or more you should come in now so that the esthetician can see you again once more right before your trip.  If you only have a short time you should come in at least 2-3 days before your trip.

History

Founded in 2004, Rejuv began in a single cozy room in the loft of the Amy Burnett Art Gallery in downtown Bremerton. The revitalization efforts were just beginning and Rejuv’s owner, Julie Poston, was excited to be a part of it.

Through massage, Julie found a passion for business and wanted to create a unique environment where people could receive massage therapy and skin care treatments from a variety of skilled practitioners during hours that catered to guests’ busy schedules. "Commuters would call requesting appointments at 5:30pm and 7:00pm during the first few years in business, recalls Poston. "Not many places were offering appointments outside the 9-5 business hours. I knew it was crucial to be open when our guests were available."

Quickly outgrowing the loft in the gallery, Rejuv opened a 2-room storefront on Harkins Avenue just across the Manette Bridge. Two years and five amazing employees later, Rejuv needed more room and opened a 4-room location on E. 11th Street. Here we are, 11 years later, on Scott Avenue in Manette with 12 talented employees, a spacious 6-treatment room spa, and so many wonderful guests and friends.

What does the future hold?

  • Growing our Rejuv team so we are more accessible to the needs of our community.
  • Forming partnerships with new and established businesses.
  • Continuing to offer our guests a unique and memorable experience.
