FAQ's
“It is in confidence in our bodies, minds and spirits
that allows us to keep looking
for new adventures, new directions to grow in,
and new lessons to learn
- which is what life is all about.”
~ Oprah Winfrey
Where should I park?
Street parking is available in front of Rejuv and on surrounding neighborhood streets. Please do not park in the load/unload zone, you will most likely get a ticket.

What if I am running late for my appointment?
Please call if you are running behind. Your appointment may have to be shortened or rescheduled as a courtesy to our next guest if you arrive late.

What is your cancellation policy?
Our spa professionals are in great demand, so please be respectful of their time by honoring your commitment to be here. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we need to hear from you 48 hours in advance to avoid a service charge and or prevent your gift certificate from being voided. Repeated no-shows and cancellations may require credit card pre-payments to reserve time.

Why is frequent massage therapy so important?
Massage has direct benefits for the body and mind. Massage helps to increase metabolism, helps speed the healing process, relaxes and rejuvenates the muscles and improves circulation. It also relieves fatigue, reduces tension and anxiety, calms the nervous system, and promotes relaxation, renewed energy, and an increased sense of overall well-being.

What is the difference between Swedish massage and deep tissue massage?
A Swedish massage uses long relaxing strokes, wherby deep tissue is more specific and therapeutic, recommended for veterans of massage or for people with problem areas or injuries.

What should I wear during the massage?
You will disrobe in private to your comfort level. Clothes are generally not worn for a full body massage, however, you may choose to leave your undergarments on. You will be fully covered at all times except for the area your massage therapist is working on.

What is involved in a facial?
Deep pore cleansing, exfoliation, steam, extractions if needed, face and neck massage and a mask.

What product line do you use for your facials?
Dr. Spiller, an all natural, skin specific line.

What are the different kind of facials you offer?
Each facial is customized to your own skin's specific needs.  When you come for your appointment you and the esthetician can decide what is the most suitable facial for you.

How much does a facial cost?
The facials range from $40 to $80

How often should you get facials?
For maximum benefit you should get a facial once a month depending on your skin condition.  If you are acne prone you may need to come in once every two weeks until the problems subsides.

Yes, the Chamomile line has proven to be effective without irritation with even the most severe skin conditions such as Rosacea customers.

How long does my hair need to be in order to get waxed?
At least a 1/4 of an inch.

How long does it last?
4-6 Weeks but in order to have long lasting results you will need to come in consistently once a month for a couple of months.

What kind of wax do you use?
The name of the brand is Ciripil.  What makes this wax great is it comes in a hard and a soft wax.  The hard wax is used on the face, underarms, and bikini. The reason for this is the hard wax acts like a shrink wrap to the hair so it is least likely to pull skin, much more gentle, and less painful for sensitive areas. The soft wax is used on legs, back and chest.

If I am going on vacation and have never been waxed before, when should I come in?
If you have a month or more you should come in now so that the esthetician can see you again once more right before your trip.  If you only have a short time you should come in at least 2-3 days before your trip.

Who should not get waxed?Or Can I get waxed if I am using.....
Taking Accutane or using a Retin A or Renova topical.
